Jason Johnson is now the offical editor at WaterCraft World and he is serious about reviving the magazine. They are looking for our help and input to do this. So if you guys want to see more freestyle/freeride, racing, build articles, whatever, send Brian a message at blombardi@ehlertpublishing.com. This will make a real difference as far as the content of the mag...

Also, if you will send me your name and address I will forward it on to the guys over there, and I have a good feeling that they will hook us up with the mag every month.

Brian and Jason are working very hard over there to change things...so pleae send an email to em and let them know what you want to see.

While you are at it, check out www.WaterCraftWorld.com. If you look through the archives on the Inside PowerSports show you will find interviews with Randy Laine, Herbie Fletcher, and lots of other cool stuff.

it'd be great to have a magazine that covers something other than the newest four seater and how much cooler space it has.

Watercraft World,

I heard you are looking for input on reviving Watercraft World. I would love to see the magazine geared towards freestyle and freeride and see coverage of Freeride and Freestyle Events around the US such as the Daytona Motosurf Freeride, Freestylefest, Jersey Rager, Hydroturf Championships, Cleveland Rock & Ride etc. These events are becoming the biggest events in the world!

I would also like to see articles about custom freestyle skis and companies like Eric Malone Enterprises, Watercraft Factory, Blowsion, Trinity etc. The PWC world is evolving away from Kawasaki, Yamaha, and Seadoo and becoming more of an aftermarket sport. (I can build an entire ski with aftermarket parts!!)

ps...advertising on www.X-H2O.com would get you a lot of subscriptions!

I agree, it should be geared towards freestyle/freeride, it looks like PWI has gone sitdown, I didn't even see one article worth reading in the last months. I'm not going to send an email, I will gladly pay for the subscription if it is a freestyle/freeride magazine.

brian lombardi is a super cool guy...hes just getting into standup riding and hes already ripping...hes a good surfer/tow surfer so he knows whats cool!!!..good job guys

I would imagine that he will be sending something back to you.

Please keep in mind though. There are basically two guys over there who put out that mag, and they also work on powerboat as well.

I think this will make a difference as far as content goes...they have asked for this. Reason being that they will have some backup to show the big bosses that freestyle is something the "market" wants to see.

And as far as the comp list goes...they are trying to get this magazine to a core group of riders. They want you to have it, and to give your input on it,so don't feel like you are taking advantage of them or anything else. There will also be a booth at WF for you to sign up for free if you want, and I think there will probably be one at Daytona this year also.
