Fiberglass and Carbon came in today. I got the stuff through Fiberlay and I have to give them two :biggthumpup: :biggthumpup:. They worked with me on the order, got a great price, and really hooked me up. Big thanks to the guys at Fiberlay. Now the only other challenge is gonna be being at college and doing that work and trying to do this too. We'll see how far things come in the next week or two.

well, I had some different factors holding me back form working on this but just thought i would post up that the top deck is ready to be put on, everything is ready. the next time i head over Alex's we will be bonding it together. It will probably be done on saturday so i will post up pics of the front lip all molded up and the top deck glued. It's been tough trying to jugle school work and this, but it should be completely re-enforced and ready for paint in the next week or so.

Ok got some pics. It's been sitting clamped since saturday. The one pic inside is of the front lip mold. The install went pretty smooth, there wasn't really anything that held us up putting the top on. Smooth from start to finish. I'm starting to re-enforce either tommorow or wednesday.

yeah i used west system 404. I used west system slow hardner and the small bottle is the perfect amount you need to use to bond the hull.
I'll probably weigh tommorow before i re-enforce it.

Looks good Ant! I think you'll be really happy with the way it feels once you get it on the water. It's amazing how heavy that old 45 lb top deck really is!
