Hate to ask, but I was thinking today... instead of painting my ski, why not get it wrapped?

I was thinking perhaps something like a Budweiser can/ bottle, Texas Pete bottle, Tabasco, something like that. Anyone seen anything like that?

Stevowe is thinking of wrapping his ski. He has a vinyl shop so why not? If I knew how I would, have the equipment at work, but lack the knowledge to do it. The stuff just sits there. I have made a few stickers, just plain stuff. Also mafe mesome x stickers but thats it. I think a wrap would be cheapier and easier then paint. Just leave the bottom alone.

That's what I am saying, I could prime the damn thing, then get it wrapped. Simple. If I wanted to change, it would be removing the wrap, possibly repriming if it ripped it off, and rewrap.

Nice pic Boris

Just something I found floating around on the interweb. :naughty:

Depending on price, I think a wrap would be cool.
Just make a nice base for it and have at it. Easy to change themes as well.

Sanford, what would you call the B-29 inspired ski ?
You know, a name is a must.

as i recall, the guy did it for his girlfriend. i believe he said it cost him a roll of the pre-printed vinyl, a box of single edge blades and a 12pack of corona.

I am working on panel pieces so that when we print it everything shows up in the right places. Once I get that finished, I will post in here for you guys. That way you can do your own artwork and then send it to me or one of the other VERY GOOD sign shops that help promote this sport! They should be able to print the pieces, vector cut and ship to you bling bling junkies. Im going to rip my ski apart this weekend and will work on the panels asap.
