i don't know that i would do that on those heads.the shell is 2 pieces and perhaps not as stiff as the ada therefore may not hold the cylinder down as well?
the double threaded nut setup is imo better as it actually clamps the base down just as oem intended it.
Nor does the cylinder care, as long as it's getting squished between the head and cases. The girdle bolts are helping to take the load of the headpipe and manifold off the cylinders.
