Never tried anything but tubing behind a stand up. What's cool about tubing is that you can turn a really tight circle and the tube is just flying. I think if you can get a tube on a plane with a 200+lb guy on it (me), you should be able to get one of those up.

wonder what would happen if we got caught.
take away skis board or fine.

I know here you need a spotter or rear-view mirrors, and a place for the rider to board the vessel if something were to happen. Obviously you have neither. I'm sure if you weren't a complete a$$ to the cop you would get off with a warning
(depends on the cop and his mood too). Worst case, I bet they can impound you stuff, somewhere in between lies the ticket, but the question is how much?

yes with dock starts, maybe you can find a large rock or down-d tree to launch from on your river.

doesnt sound like too much fun anymore. cant risk getting in any trouble.

A vessel towing a person(s) on water skis or any other similar device must have at least two persons on board—one to operate the vessel and a second person to observe the towed person(s). The observer must be at least 12 years old and be physically capable and mentally competent to act as an observer of a water-skier.

There is your answer. Put a 12 year old on your hood facing backwards and give him a flag. Legal, DONE!

Don't say it's not possible, I have gotten 4 people on a B1 before.

I do that pretty regularly, but use a small surfboard instead of a wakeskate board. It only works on relatively flat or clean water. I tried pulling my friend in big surf and when he got in a wave the back of my SJ was getting pulled sideways and would'nt hook up, causing slack that would snap hard after. A 701 will definately have enough power though, but it's also tricky learning to tow with a SJ, its just getting used to the needed throttle amounts.

he dock started. the guy is crazy. he ate a slug at a party once becaus some one said that he wouldn't. ? it was one of those 4 inch monsters. then he thrrew up every where. hahahahahah! tequila is so damn funny!

I have towed wakeboarders behind my SN Superjet many times, its a lot of fun, the guy boarding can drag your back end around pretty easily by cutting over hard but if you are good enough you can stand up and tow at the same time. It a good little challenge on both your parts to keep going
