every time someone post a video on vimeo i click play and the screen is black how do i view the video? it is even black and i cant view it even if i let it load for 30 min. idk why it does this.

Vimeo uses Adobe flash player to display videos, just like Youtube or pretty much any video online nowadays. Something went out of wack on your PC. Try reinstalling the latest Flash player version from here:
