Other Tragedy on Lake Lanier

For the last 2 days I have tried to think of something to say but there just aren't any words to measure up to how my heart is hurting for this family. I stood up in my safety meeting this morning and tried to explain this tragedy and lost it. I have 2 boys and they are my life and I couldn't imagine losing one of them let alone two. It is hard to understand God's will sometime but we have to trust in him. He has a specific plan for each one of us and we just have to believe and trust in him. He is the only one who can truly comfort this family during this long painful time. My heart and prayers go out to this family.

I feel the same as well cj, well said.
As I read this thread, tears are rolling down my face. I too have a 10 year old son who is my life. I don't know what else to say other than our family is deeply sorry for your loss. Your family will be in our thoughts and prayers for many days to come. Godspeed...

My stomach is turning after reading this (I really feel sick). I don't have kids but I do work in law enforcement and have seen first hand how one stupid move can completely destroy someone's life forever. It sickens me every time I have to deal with this type of thing. So sorry for your loss!!!!!!!
