tow rope storage???

Where do you guys put your tow ropes when riding in the surf. I don't like it around my waist.
On my square nose I attached it to the fire ext. strap.
On my new RN I have a WCF hood. I deciding whether or not to add some type of strap for it.

You can double a tow rope as a pole limiting strap: just use clips at either end so you can get it off in a hurry.

i put one in my fire extinguisher holder - yeah that's right, i don't carry a fire extinguisher.

I put my tow rope behind my pole and use a bungee cord to strap it there. If I need it in a hurry, I just pull and it slips out from behind the bungee. When I get back to shore, I strap it back down.

Around your waist. You can get it off with one hand while riding up to help a buddy out that is not smart enough to have his own....

Mine is in my fire extinguisher. Flat water so not in a big hurry.
