So i picked i a surf hull from a familiar user on here

untitled.jpg

MUAHAHAHAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:poke:

i really didnt plan on getting this but........ 1500 for another hull thats surf ready seems like a cheaper way to got than spendin thousands of dollars and probobly the rest of winter/early spring to get my 00 sj surf ready....

so i said skrew it and bought it.

YES Butch had matching numbers and a title in hand, its legit.

didnt have to worry about butch shipping me anything either:poke:

the turf is horrid and the paint looks like im starring at an orange but with this hull atleast ill be able to go from this:splatt:leaving the beach with a weak hull like this.....:crutches:

to a ski that i dont have to worry about breaking in the process, to learn something like this:barrel::brap::Banane35:

SO.........

butch re-enforced the hull on the bildge walls, the bottom, and the tray, but not the nose cuz "its gonna break off any way".... well id like to atleast better my chances and re-enforce it since there is no motor right now.

so my question is how much do you think i need to just do the nose? 3x4?

Did some more clean up work last night. pulled the tank and the water box. the nose and pole mount is bare so im gonna have to take you up chris. tell me where i can pick up the filler and the resin and its done.

the pole was also in stock length so i cut it at 3.25'' every thing was going good until i was trying to get the glass out of the cast when i noticed that it had alot of cracks........ so this happened

we got zacks tubbies installed today. super sanitary installation. both sides came out so symmetrical. We installed west coast low boy mount style. Did get any pics of the final product, but here are a couple that were snapped.

Zack,

We forgot to get you the fair compound and the turf for your foot hold. =(
