Yes.
You need a throttle lever that accepts the larger Kawi threaded end. Most aftermarket throttles that use an adapter for the Yamaha cables will work. You just don't use the adapter
You may need to enlarge the mounting hole for the cable in the intake manifold. Very easy to do.
You may our may not need an aftermarket throttle wheel. You'll still come out cheaper than a Yamaha cable.

On the RN's instead of the aftermarket throttle wheel, move the cable mounting plate under the intake manifold using the same bolt holes...

Kawi cable sleeves are "beefier as heck" so I think they would kink near the bars sooner than a more flexible yami cable.
