those of yall not running stock syphon bilge, where the bilge hooks up to the pump r yall cutting that out and filling the hole or just leaving it as is.

yeah ive done tapped for dual cooling, i thought were the stock bilge hooks up has too much water flow to work for dual cooling. oh well ill just leave it then.

Fill it in with JB Weld - takes a couple of minutes.

i left mine in in case i want to use it for dual cooling one day..on the inside of the hull i just capped the tube with the largest diameter silicone rubber bolt thread cover i picked up at the hardware store and a zip tie to hold it in place.

I don't think you can use that for dual cooling. You need to drill and tap the spare boss opposite the stock cooing for that. Don't forget that the siphon is designed to suck water out - the opposite of cooling.

i just put a rubber cap on it. dont remeber the size. got it at auto zone.

I see no reason not to run the siphon. That system is light, reliable, costs no power, and doesn't get in the way unless you run two pumps.
