I forgot to take pics, but I got the head changed, the flywheel changed (luckily it came off super easy), and got one foothold hole cut. Just wanted to write what tools I used in case someone is a first time foothold insataller like me. I used a Black and Decker multi tool with the scraper blade to get the turf and glue off. It worked REALLY well and didn't require messy chemicals. For the foothold I used a Dremel with a cutting wheel and that worked really nice too. I liked it because it really doesn't go deep enough to worry about cutting into the exhaust. I have the tray pretty clean but it still has a little bit of old glue left. Can anyone with experience answer this question-Is it necessary to have the tray completely stripped (like new looking) and totally glueless before the new turf goes on? I can get it that way with more elbow grease but I don't really want to waste my time if it is not crucial.
