The RN is done!!

Motor is a JSU ported 760, Bpipe, head, lightened flywheel and a single 46.

Hood strap is a modified version of the Brap Strap. With the front foothold there, I couldn't bolt the ratchet to the bulkhead, so it ratchets in the middle of the hood.

I'll get pics later.

how did you modify the brap strap? I'm running the same front foothold and used the brap strap... just had to mount it a little higher...

That is your 760 all ported up with a fresh top end.

Nose piece is all one piece. I put a bunch of 2 part expanding foam on the front, then shaped it to be smooth and round. Then I glassed over the top and in front of the pole bracket. The nose is completely sealed off and foam filled. I thoiught about glassing in a fiberglass nose piece but with it hollow it would have no strength.
Then the ears just hang out like the stockers, but very thick.
I'll get more pics of the hood strap and behind the nose area.

Blowsion cuts most of their own vinyl. I think they send out the stuff that is printed though.

I didn't realize the plate was still off. I run the Blowsion carbon D cut plate. Ski is pretty loose, I like it.

If it goes to Daytona, I will not be the one driving it there.

Sorry for the delay. Pics below. The SS ratchet is comming.
There is nylon strap sewed to a piece of neoprene to protect the hood. I had to make a tunnel in the hood bumper to run the rachet through. Front strap is the same.

Some pics of the tray when it was apart. I used a set of diggers and cut the bottom and back off them. I raised them up another inch, so the top of the foothold has a layer of 25mm HT padding. The back of the foothold is single wall, heavily reinforced.
