Thanks AWA!!!

Thank you Chris Manthos and all the great peeps at the AWA for Choosing me to shoot the World Finals for Ride magazine! Not only did they choose me, but they made sure I had everything I needed along the way.
The AWA could have anyone they wanted to shoot the finals for them so i was blown away that they came to me! I hope I didnt let them down.

I have 215 pics posted here for all my peeps at the X, and over 1000 on my website. The images that will be in the next issue wont be online until after the magazine comes out.

If you enjoy the pics help me send a big thank you to the AWA. Better yet join the AWA if your not a member, and help support the people who support us and continue to feature the X-H2O freerides. :hail:

Ronny, on this note... I know Chris can't do everything, but this really sucks! The AWA is supposed to preserve and restore our rights to ride, not to publish pretty pictures. Here's my first ever rant about the AWA, sorry about the coincidence, it just happened that I opened the Ride and read your post a few minutes later:

Like anything else, you have to spend money to make money. The AWA is a non profit organization, so they are not out to earn money but they do need money to do their job. Ride Magazine is a great way to get people to join the AWA. Probably more than half the members wouldnt have joined if they didnt get the magazine with the membership. So spending money on pretty pictures and doing everything they can to put out the best magazine they can brings new members and helps everyone who rides a PWC.

Ronny, good points, I agree with you... but...
What have they done in the last few years besides publishing the pretty pics? Our "No-PWC" areas are still "No-PWC."
I get the rag and every two months I see a picture of Nick (yamaslut) and a few other people from the forums. I have a few Ride issues with myself in the pictures. That's not the point.
The question: what exactly do they do on the daily basis?
I would love to hear about a "day in my life and what I have done for the PWC commuinity" from at least one of the few AWA employees every day.... just because I pay their salary.
