Any Ideas from anyone?

I am thinking the front is the same as the Riot Ride ones except the guy on the ski is green and the back says:

CLEVELAND
Rock-N-Ride
2006

With a picture of the rock n roll hall of fame behind it and a stand up ripping below it.
