SXR Total Loss

Can you run a total loss flywheel on the new SXR electronics (2005 and newer) with no other changes to your electrical system?

If not, why not?

My flywheel isn't charging anyway, so I thought I would just get an even lighter one.

TBM make an alloy flywheel or you can smash the magnets outa the stock one.
