SXR SXR Rev Limiter Problems

I have an 04 SXR with an advent ignition and total loss. The ski runs fine when not under a load. When under a load the bottom end hits but anthying pas quarter throttle it seems to me that the ski feels like it is hitting the rev limiter? I replaced the ignition and nothing! Need suggestions on what it could be.

cut back wires...clean out carbs....maybe rebuild carbs.

rubber hose 90 degrees, from waterbox to center metal tube is block (bubble in the tube)

Did u ever solve the problem? I'm having the same thing happen and its driving me nuts!
