so i had a funny prob happen today i rode with my new motor setup and one of the plugs backed out so i replaced both plugs and torque them down and rode on last time when i got home both plugs were lose agian i have a jsu head and the threads are tight also the white part of the plug came lose comp is at 190-195 psi never had this happen looking for help

I had that happen with a 5mil Protec motor. It would blow the plug apart. I changed the plug to a cooler plug & changed the timing & it fixed the problem.

Maybe its the weight of that SXR?????

You may want to pull the head and just check for signs of detonation. You had the threaded part unscrew and then the insulator separated from the hex shaped metal part too?

yep the plug could spin in the hex but i think i found out what it is i think the squish is a lil tight lol nothing got hurt

no o-rings on the cyl. ? thats weird. i'd run a stock head gasket or larger base gasket.
