Thanks, that's what I wanted to see. Looks like right after a nose grab. Just like when we used to try to get surfing photographers, they always seemed to snap too late. All we need is a dam stable couch and we could get some good f' in pics.

lol its much easyer to make still pics from helcam footage,something like 20 frames per second. decent resolution,just need a easyer way to extract them from studio9,ill have that figured out soon as i get back to the junkie comp guru group

Torr, you can grab from Studio or WMP using a simple alt-prntscrn. If you are on a laptop, you might need to do alt-fn-prntscrn. I just did this out of windows media player and then cleaned/cropped in photoshop.
edit: make sure you have the video open in 100% view or less when you screen grab
