ive been here for my entire life and have never seen a red tide. i guess thats a good thing.
it's the first time it has gotten down here... Blame the St. Johns river in Jax for that...

its not the algae that is bothersome it's all the rotting fish.

They get red tide on the west coast of Fl way more than we do over here..

yep. the gulf is just a giant bay.probably cause there isn't as much current/ wave action to disperse it..

yup... I'm not sure if you were aware, but the gulf is very warm too. Average temp is probably in the upper 80's in the summer... a lovely bacteria soup

red tide is gone. the only thing it does is make your eyes water and a light cough... non toxic
Just because it's nice today when the wind is blowing 15mph don't mean squat...
I just know people who have lived over there and had to move back because the air quality was so bad... It's very stagnant and lots of people... That leads to pollusion.
really? I've never really heard any complaints. :dunno:
did ya read those articles??? They clearly state the smog problems... You never noticed the smog over there????
