lol, My wife wanted a pet shortly after we got married. I gave in, and have been taking care of it ever since. Mental note: Put out 2 bowls of food before leaving for Wave Rave. (wife will not remember to feed the cat)

I made it up...looking at Lake Michigan forecasts from NOAA.NDBC.GOV and combining that with what www.weather.com says the weather and winds are doing...

basically, here is what the winds are doing. I am not an expert on Lake Michigan, but if it's anything like Erie, we should be rippin....What do you think...you probably know more than me.

Friday: Winds NW at 18mph gusting to 25mph
Sat: Winds NNW at 16mph gusting to 20mph
Sun: Winds NW at 12mph

Although they keep slightly changing every couple hours.....

naturally warming water
claybanks is favored most by SW to W winds, but if its ripping just ride up by the launch... many days its rippin at the launch just offshore, and yet claybanks is 1-2 chop.

meh... they don't have a clue until 20min after it happens anyway.

.FRIDAY, CLOUDY. CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND SLIGHT CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS. HIGHS IN THE MID 60S. WEST WINDS AROUND 15 MPH. WAVES 3 TO 5 FEET.

.SATURDAY, CLOUDY. CHANCE OF SHOWERS. HIGHS IN THE UPPER 60S. NORTH WINDS 15 TO 20 MPH. WAVES 3 TO 6 FEET.

.SUNDAY, MOSTLY SUNNY. HIGHS IN THE LOWER 70S. NORTH WINDS 5 TO 10 MPH. WAVES 1 FOOT OR LESS.

This would be kick ass but it's Michigan so hope for the best and for no snow:sneaky:

I have noticed a few pretty big rocks down by the launch that make me nervous. Last year as I was leaving I spent some time riding down there and they were breaking nicer than they were by Claybanks.
