Superjet vibration problems!!

I need some help! The other week out in the surf I busted three engine mounts and the motor shifted right forward, When I went to replace the engine mounts there were shims everywhere. I wasn't sure of the correct way they went back in so I didn't use them. Now I have a horrible vibration problem!!! I have heard that you need to align the motor and pump??? How do you do this?? Should I put the shims back in, what is the correct way because some are different thicknesses to others. Or have I bent a shaft or something??? Any help would be awesome!!!

use some kind of straight edge (ex. razor blade) and place it on your couplers, adjust motor as needed with shims, rotate couplers (by hand) and check alinement many times. prob not the best explanation but i hope it helps and good luck.

Did you check your midshaft bearing? I blew one motor mount in my SN and didn't know it, and rode some more. It ended up killing my bearing which caused a vibration.

Yeah I have a bad feeling that a shaft is bent. When I opened the hood right after it had happened the motor coupler looked like it hit the rear coupler if that makes sense?? Is there any easy way of checking if the shafts are bent? My ski is in pieces getting ready for paint
