superjet engine cutting off after a lil wot run lean seizure?

I once had a tinny piece of something stuck square in the Jet and it had the same results....Clean everything out !

Come to think of it, I couple years ago I couldnt get my B1 tuned. I took the carb apart and found a metal flake stick down in the needle and seat. Things like this can drive you nuts.

first i would cancel the primer hose (the one conected to fuel feed line)
a leak of air from there would cause the same symptom
second
check the external fuel filter after riding ,is the fuel in it all the way to the top?
if it dosent ,you have a pressure leak from your tank,when you open the fuel lid ,you must here a hissing sound
third
check that the ada grilded kit is tightened all the way
, and you must open the second water outlet from your cylinder head

- wow geez did you look at my ski or somthing!!! your right on fing geez.

so ya i didtch the stock exteranl filter and no the gas didnt fill it all the way to the top looked like there was always a pocket of air at the top.
and also no hissing from the gas lid at all
i will run a dump off the other end of the head just thought it needs to be closed i have single cooling.

i have a primer line hooked up to my reseve line thought that is the way you run it.
so i obviosly dont have a pressurized system. anyways to fix that i have instaalled 2 new fuel filters off the tank. do i need to eliminate the primer kit or plumb it off somthing else.

when i brap it out of the water on a trailer it will brap up quick and when i let off it takes a time to come down seems like 1 pull brap up will take twice as long to come down than it did going up. so basically pull half throttle- brrraap--then let off brrrraaaappp...is this ok

This Is Of My New Setup. I Belive I Have A Pressurized System Both Ends Of The Filter Have Gas In Them After Startup And When Its Off.
I Will Also Check The Bolts On The Ada Also. Seems So Weired Cause The Only Time Its Messed It On Wot Runs.??

make sure theres no blockage. loosen the cap, take the feed off the carb and blow into it. you should hear bubbling in your tank with reasonable resistance.

also, make sure your fuel lines are ALL connected to the right places and your checkvalve is in right..... if that coiled up vent tube has a kink, itll starve the engine of fuel.

could it be a improperly gapped spark plugs i have recently started to gap them a lil lower than stock out of the box ngk br8es never gapped before and maybe i messed up. also they both have a wet gassy oil mixture on the tips and up the threads a lil black looking oil looking stuff after start up could be just flooding from not being started and not ran for a while out of the watern just about 14 sec or so.

also had the spark plug wires changed at the boots and installed them correctly would a loose wire at the boot cause the engine to die at high speeds but work in surf and stuff.

so sorry to bring this up again. but you guys know how it is. wish i could take it out soon..

Well I still didn't see a picture of the engine with the head off and looking at the cylinder walls! Did you have a seizure or not?

when you buy the factory b pipe it cost alot and includes the jets that you need to install not sure on the size but they are gold color and larger than the oem i took off.
i may have found my prob...i hope the return off the carbs to the tank was not tight as id like the zip tie wasnt even on very well could be a pressure deal.

could it be rings

my ski had to be pulled about a mile or 3/4 at about 5 mph or 7mph after the engine cutting out. due to a pinched gas tank hose. got back after tow engine was hot to the touch. hotter than normal. my but then after a 30min or so cool down it ran fine. would this be any concern. maybe towing a ski would cause the sprop to spin and the pistons to go up and down with no lubs?
