This is the only waterway in my Idaho where you can run bouy's. This is the Payette river above Black Canyon res. If we stay out of the res, the Popo leave us alone. On all other Idaho waterway's, you have to be 100 feet away from all other watercraft. Needless to say the Kawi clan lives here. Up river about five miles the Gnarly class 4 rapids and Yamaha's rule the day. This is where everyone tunes their ski's in spring.
