Stud seized to the cylinder...any ideas?

Hey guys, I have a 92 650SX with a seized to the cylinder stud. There are lift tabs on the intake side by the PTO and on the exhaust side by the mag. But the seized stud is on the exhaust side at the PTO end where there is nothing for leverage. I've been soaking it with PB Blaster and Loctite penetrating oil, tried putting heat to it, tapping the case with a rubber mallet but no progress. The stud only stands up enough for the acorn nut to cover it so making a jam nut won't work. Is there anything else I can do without trashing the stud? It's all corroded in there by that white corrosion, is there anything out there that will eat away that corrosion but not hurt the aluminum? I'm heading out for the weekend but will be checking back in Sunday night. Thanks for the input.

A stud seized on my 1988 sx years ago - I have a welder friend who knew how to heat the stud and surrounding aluminum without cracking anything. He got it as hot as was safe, and I hit the cylinder with a rubber mallet. I hit it very hard with the mallet, mostly because I was fairly PO'ed at that point and hitting inanimate objects always seems to help. (kicking small dogs works too) Anyway, it popped free with the first hit.

I'm not sure if this much heat would damage the crank seals or anything else in the area, but I was tearing mine apart for the sole purpose of redoing the bottom end anyway so I didn't care... just something for you to consider.

Another idea... some company (loctite I think) makes a freezing spray that brings metal down to a temp of minus (some large number) degrees celsius. They say it works pretty well. I'm not sure if it would help you here.
