Strangest thing you've found floating in your bilge?

I just pulled a dead mouse out of mine this evening - how on earth did that get in there? Checked my exhaust for holes to see if it climbed in the back and gnawed it's way into into the hull through a coupler, but everything seems OK.

Kinda off the subject, but I once found a tiny little dead dried up mouse in a computer chassis. It had gotten stuck when trying to escape through a small square hole in a piece of sheet metal. My first mistake was removing it. I had to break it in half to remove it, that was the worst smelling thing I have ever smelled. I had to leave the room, I am not normally affected by smelly stuff, but I nearly hurled. Moral of the story, never break a dried up dead mouse.:bigeyes:
