Seriously, it's more a California thing. I mean that more as an observation than a slam. You notice the difference just driving through and statistics bear that out (even adjusted for population).

I bet that beach cart got swallowed up or borrowed and someone didn't realize until too late it wasn't theirs. A lot of 'em look alike. Whose was it? I know mine was all over that beach and it came back.

I did accidently leave my truck unlocked all night at Pismo (well not really, the back seat was being "used" for a bit) but nothing happened. Fog was pretty thick though!

Maybe I just have a bad taste for Kalifornia. Too many run-ins with law enforcement there. I got hassled by them Sunday morning too, but of course nothing happened. If I had my way we'd extend that border fence all along the Colorado River! :)

Honestly, I don't know. Someone posted that comment in my Blowsion Beach Party thread. I don't know if it got found.
I just had to throw that out there for good measure. :fingersx:

It didn't. Someone may have unintentionally loaded it up thinking it was their own (possible I guess), but would eventually have noticed it wasn't. Sucks, but it was never returned.:bs2:
