I'm curious? When I start out on my sj I am on my left knee and lift my right leg straight to standing position and then stand with my left. My problem is my left shin and knee are getting tore up, rubbed raw. It's much worse if I ride more than one in a week. I weigh about 250 and I'm sure this doesn't help, but is there something I could do different? I also deadlift in the gym every week and that doesn't help, but I think I've made adjustments there. Thx.
