yea,we always put in just pass the second bridge,there is a little perfect calm cove that we put in,I dont think a 4x4 is even really nessary,its more like dirt than sand there. question is though how many trucks can fit in there to launch? its not that big of a area,alot of manuvering will be taking place to launch and park further back I suppose.

we will be usung the ramp a little further down that dirt road,you are thinking of the spot we use in the winter
