Is that typical of that company/guy? I bought some carb adaptors off him recently and he was straight up helpful and a fast shipper. I've seen some PWC rants about them before.

Read the description. It's stated that there has been NO porting done, so that the buyer can have it set up the way they want. I don't see anything wrong, as long as someone is happy with the price they pay.

Those ports look exactly like my kawi 750 ports did before I had the cyl matched to the sleeve ports.. They are definitely crude when new.. I couldn't believe how far off they were from the factory..

Thats 540.00 plus 400.00 for a port job and 300.00 for some wisecos and maybe some boring because you can't bore with out the pistons ? even if you got a part time porting guy to do it on the side and used Pro-X your still at 1200.00 . You still need to bore your cases and need a decent cylinder head.
I guess if you look at it as cylinder for 150.00 ,sleeves 220.00 and labor to machine for sleeves 170.00 its not bad. It reminds me of finish your own furniture.

A good port job has to take at least 3 to 4 hours. If you are going to charge 60.00 an hour then the porter would rather stick to impeller swapping and installing sbt engines. Lets not confuse shop rate for employee pay.
