i used a spary gun from harbor freight. and some black marine and industrial grade epoxy paint..

Dont let DJ get anywhere near your fiberglass work! I know first hand. :ugh2: Somewhere in school he did not learn what 2:1 ratio equals.:bigeyes: haha

If you were closer I would say come on by and we will knock out the glass work. It's a drive for you to come up to Melbourne though.

Off topic: It was nice to see how DJ got his nick name today. It didnt come without a little pain though.... He scaled a tree with no limbs, and no shoes. Now his old lady has about 75+ splinters to pick out of the bottoms of his feet.... Im just glad he didnt stick with his idea of riding the dirtbike down the road barefooted and scuffing his feet across the asphalt, to get the splinters out. lol

Sounds sexy, 08 SJ?

Its deffentitly a do-able porject, I though about doing it myself for Surf free-ride.

I think I could make that come out looking pretty damn good, and defenitly strong as hell.... but I couldnt promise factory profection. The recessed Turf line may be pretty hard to acomplish. The turf would hide anyother minor inperfections. With the tray already being full of foam it makes it not so hard to shape out, just gota decide how low and wide you want to go. :cool2:

The good thing is we have Bobby from Trinity right down the road, epoxy and materials wont be a problem. He also thought of doing this on his upper SJ plug/mold.
