Super Jet sn handlepole fix

Hello I am just starting my new sn build and I have a stock handlepole with a few cracks in it. I am on a budget and cant afford a new pole at the moment. What is the best way to repair the cracks? should I just glass over them or should I use like a bondo and then glass over that? any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Are they just spider cracks or something more major? If something major, drill holes at the end of the cracks to keep them from spreading. Mix up some epoxy/cabosil and fill in the cracks, then glass over them to reinforce.

There is one down the side which looks like its along a gond line or seam and the other one is near the forward mount of the chin pad if that makes sense

yea back in the day there was a company called beef it
they made handle pole braces
i have a lower set but seems like you need a upper set

the original johnny jet ski / beef it. 559-787-3701 he's down in the fresno area and still makes the beef it kit. i'm sure he makes one for the square nose. give him a call. he's a dinosaur and has no internet. word of mouth kind of guy

i rocked a upper and lower for over 10 years after breaking 2 non beefed poles

Johnny is a good guy and solid builder + local, kinda he is outside of Fresno by about 40 minutes

cool thanks gys I have heard of johnny jet ski but everyone ive ever talked to that has delt with him says he is way over priced and I pain to work with but I have never personally delt with him
