hey, i have a totally stock 90 SN 650 SJ. would a solas prob 15-19 be good or bad for me?

I ran a solas concord 12/15 on my 650 boat and it worked well.
I had a pipe, and lots of compression too though.
totally stock you might need something different, in this aspect the older stle impellers work well also.
the old super camber ( SC ) solas impellers work well, and I have heard that the old SKAT 10/18 and 9/17 worked well also.
the 650 simply doesnt have enough power to pull much impeller in such a large pump I dont think.

i have a 12/17 skat swirl on mine and it works very well... but ive got pipe, compression, and porting as well

A good prop for a bone stock 650 or 701 is a stock blaster prop. They are stainless unlike the stock impeller from a superjet. The pitch is suppose to be around 13/17. I have one on my stock 701 and it was a huge improvement over the stock impeller that came in it (stock 93 650 impeller).
