So here is my problem. I have a 61x/61x motor that will not start with the s/s switch. I tried to rule out a bunch of things and still nothing. I went through the wires on the switch to see if there are any frays. Nothing. Then I checked the connections in the ebox. Everything seems to be tight . It does crank with a screw driver on the solenoid. I actually changed the solenoid to make sure it wasent that. The battery is charged. What other test can I do to find the problem?

Disconnect the start/stop switch outside the ebox (both the white and black plugs).
Now short the contacts inside the white plug (ebox side) together. Use needle nose pliers or something like that.
If you get a start, the problem is in the switch or the wire loom leading to the switch.
If you don't get a start:
Disconnect the small brown wire coming off the relay.
Touch it directly to the big relay post that the battery connects to.
If it starts, the wiring between relay and s/s switch plugs and/or the wiring to the brown wire is bad.
If it doesn't start, make sure that the small black wire coming off the relay is properly grounded.
Measure resistance to ground if you can. I've seen the small brown and/or black wire off the relay go bad.
If all that works, and the relay still won't click, it may be busted.

Cut the wires and do the tests that I described. The wires in the white plug would be red and brown.
I suspect that the hardwiring job of the switch into the ebox had gone bad
