ski help prior or at the ride...

I got the flush kit and a slew of other parts for my ski. Should I bring this stuff and have someone help me install it all?

I'd say that depends on how fun you consider begging guys to help you work on your ski as opposed to, say, riding with your buds? Get that poop on there so you can ride once you're down there! At least, IMHO.

Dude you should of brought it to me just like you should of brought me your forks. I worked on my ski till 3 am lastnight,had to turf and put my pump,and motor in. Went and tested this morning.

My ski is riding good,,,, me I got some work to do.

Let me know if ya need help.

Just dropped the hull at the paint shop. I will have it back on Thursday. Can I bring it all up on Sunday?

I am in Round Rock south right before G-town I am free after Thursday afternoon till LSFR (spring break) if you want to bring it to my house we can knock those things out real quick

I don't know about everyone else, but when I go to ride....I hope to ride and not wrench on someone elses ski. The only way I will wrench on the beach is if something's broken and I need to help someone out.

Ahh you see those who ride with me think I like to wrench more then ski.. But I agree thats why I offered for him to bring it up a week before the ride.

Id much rather ride than work on my ski too. I build cars that go 300 MPH in the 1/4 mile. Do all kinds of fab work, but when it comes to messing up my ski the first time.... I know when to ask for help. 2nd time around, I will be all set. So I will be headed north this weekend with a butt load of parts, cold beer and maybe even a steak or two!

FYI for anyone thats interested.... End of the month is the EL PASO 200, offroad race. We will be racing and also stopping by Kermits for a day of riding!

I thought I was the only one to drive 13 hours to work on his ski. Last year my motor mount broke and I ran my battery down all in the 1st hour of riding. This was on the March ride. Then I drove all over trying to find a new mount for my son.

Then in Sept, I drove 13 hours to get the beach to have my new ski bottom crack and fall apart. Spent a good part of that day learning how to fiberglass a ski on the beach.

What fun I have had. Well see what happens this time.

Ok guys I talked to Steve0we and we will be doing an entire build this Sat.. I tricked him into thinkin I know what I am doing so shhh.... putting his ski back together is warm up so when I do mine I know what I am doing
