depends on your setup. one or the other is definitly worth the money, both

could work great also or you may experience some cavitation

i'd start with a cone....that way you dont have to have downtime while the nozzle is being worked on....

the cone is a direct swap...

do it yourself with a sanding drum.

I think they both work well, BUT, you can spinn it if you go too much, thats the point where its nice to be able to remove the cone.

do one mod at a time so you can see what does what... I'm running a skat trak 142mm mump with small cone and 84mm nozzle, has awesome bottom end with no cavitation. it's on a SXR.

i know you can loose very little with cone but what about boreing it do you not loose topend or what
