do it yourself with a sanding drum.

I think they both work well, BUT, you can spinn it if you go too much, thats the point where its nice to be able to remove the cone.
 
do one mod at a time so you can see what does what... I'm running a skat trak 142mm mump with small cone and 84mm nozzle, has awesome bottom end with no cavitation. it's on a SXR.
