OK, I remember.

Didn't you just do the triangular lip (triangular foam glassed over) or did you add to the actual transom when you cut her open?

pretty sure he added meat to the tranny.......there are either 4-5 layers of HEAVY woven glass there........not sure the weight of the glass though..but im talking HEAVY
