Yep playing with stock poles is the only option here, still not sure if I'll even end up with a SJ, just thought I'd ask about the poles cause they can end up one of the more expensive items.
I actually like the square pole more, it fits so flush with the hood/nose piece, sexy.
So did anyone have any suggestions here:
Another question, both these look pretty good, which one sounds better?
"93 Superjet fitted with a Riva pipe, alloy pole, R&D intake grate, worx ride plate, skat trak impeller, shaved head, hydro turf mats, bilge pump also has a gel battery ."
"93 superjet,701 bored to 760,wiseco pistons,protec head,super bn carb fitted with primer,protec rideplate and intake grate,solas prop,umi bars,bilge pump."
The one with the pipe is a few hundred$$ more, the other one comes with a spare hull.
The 1st one has a pipe which is a big plus, but a 93 stock motor is only a 700?? The 2nd is bored, is that a bit risky with an older ski?? Any square experts here?? I was leaning toward the 2nd because I could do up the spare hull without having any time off the water, so I could take my time and get it real good, then do a swap, just a bit worried that those cylinders might not have much life left in them if they're already bored?
thanks
