I have the same setup. I dont have any pics right now but those are good ones. You need to mount the little cable block on the side of the bracket nearest the nose of the boat. Now when you put the cable in it will be pulling the nozzle up instead of pulling it from the other side (read of boat) brigging it down.
I went a step further and took a grinder and clearenced the rings and nozzle so that I could get mroe throw out of it. You will find that it throws down further than up. If you pull the ring off you can see that you can really grind a lot off (and keep it strong) and get a lot more movement our of it.
If you are using the Pro Tec Lever you will get good throw. If you are using the UMI style lever you will need to heat it and bend it (very carefully. You have to get it right the first time or you will break it.) . Here is a picture of how much I bent my UMI lever. If the lever doesnt throw far enough itself then neither will the nozzle.
