you cannot buy a NEW 2 stroke in NY... nor can you buy a new 2 stroke in another state and register it here new. You have to have someone else buy it out of state and sell it to you as a used ski. once in NY you can buy ior sell any used 2 stroke you want.
so what newyorker wants to buy a 'used' new superjet off me for a hydrospace price :biggrin:
