Sbn 38 air leak

Need some help before I go ahead and replace these carbs.

Im doing a pop off test on the rear carb of a dual 38 set up. Im getting an air leak between the carb body and fuel pump and yes im using oem gaskets.

I've sanded the mating surfaces, used a different fuel pump, replaced the gasket, tried mounting it up without the filter and o-ring thinking those could be holding it up but no success. I'm thinking it might be something to do with the Carb itself?

Can someone confirm this is the right stack of o-rings and gaskets? Any other suggestions before I get a new set of carbs?

If you run some fuel through it do the gaskets swell and seal?

I had the carbs mounted and was having trouble with consistent starting and achieving a good idle so they have had fuel in them. That said the gasket has been replaced so I'll try putting some fuel on it. Thanks for the input!

Got it sealed up. Fuel didn't work but a light coat of 2 strike oil and it sealed right up.
