What do most guys do to clean out there boats after riding in salt water? Is there any prep work to be done?

rinse the hull, motor, take the end of the hose and cram it up against the pisser and run it for 20 sec... blow it out for 10 and go drink a beer..

I follow these procedures:
1. Back trailer into parking spot.
2. Mix a Beam and Coke.
3. Hook up hose, start ski, and flush.
4. Drink Beam and Coke.
5. Shut off water, shut off ski.
6. Mix another drink.

How can all you guys say that Salt-Away is a waste of money? I have been using it religously since I've been riding in salt water and have yet to even have the slightest hint of corrosion anywhere! I swear by the stuff :woot: Water will not break the chemical bond that salt makes with metal alone, but salt-away will

Mine do look a little white but I don't really see the problem with it.And what do y'alls water jackets look like inside? Mine have always looked brand new everytime I pull off my head.
