Super Jet Rust in cylinder

Location
Sweden
Pulled my engine today and saw this rust inside the cylinder and I couldn't see any rust on the crank. It haven't been started for about 4 months.
So i sprayed some fogging oil in it and turned it over a few times, Turns over nicely.

This will be my spare engine so it won't be running for some time.
So what Should I do? Tear it down and clean it?

Yes it has, Factory B pipe. And there was a little bit of water left in the chamber when i pulled the engine.

Probably condensation building up in the pipe and causing some water droplets/moisture in the combustion chamber. I would probably just fog the bottom end and cylinders as well as possible. Without any visible signs of rust in the crankcases I wouldn't tear it down completely.

Next time fog it while still hooked up, then run a fan partially blowing into the exhaust outlet to quickly dry out exhaust and waterbox.
