Your are so right! Those wave riding types don't know how to have a good time.I heard one time that if you try riding in the surf you will want to go back for more and more.I gotta get back to my boogie board riding.I almost have a tummy twuller mastered.

I think the most important thing is.....this PWC was created by one of us(freerider/freestyle rider), not a huge corp(yamaha)....I have not yet had the privilage to ride one.....but if it handles in the surf....and isn't above 8 grand minus motor...i mostly likely will get one....because it comes from a fellow rider and its a well built hull....and supporting fellow rider is more important than supporting corps.IMO.....even though i got a free JP life jacket @daytona last year from Yamaha Reps....I still think its better to support a fellow rider than a large established company.

The Superjet guys would probably think it's too small and way harder to ride (like a FX-1 that is very close in size). I think it looks and runs awesome...but what happens when the operator looses grip of it in the surf? It would be interesting to see if it up-rights itself unattended. Do you guys think it will fill with water quick?$?$?...(aka sink).

Yea...I'd love to try one too.

The bare hulls in Havasu were going for 6k for the glass version ,
I think the carbon/kevlar were a few grand more .

Yeah I was just throwing out the $20,000 figure as a price for a complete boat with a reasonably strong engine,jet pump etc.
