You guys no you can't believe weatherman or surf reports. I don't see how those guys keep their jobs. They rarely get it right. Then again mother nature is a hard thing to predict.

Let's just hope the good run of waves continue through the freeride.

Guy at work did the same thing and i was holding the other end of the board. Still had all digits though.

Robert that is sick get well soon man. You are friggen tough riding it back. So did the guy ever get towed in? Or is he still floating somewhere?

Went yesterday for the wound check. No infection, just a little crooked, but feeling is there. Dr Said I need to keep the stiches for 12 days instead of ten and said I need to go see a hand surgeon because it doesn't move real good and it's not straight. I think it's from all the swelling. It feels fine, just throbs after I use it. My back is way worse pain, but I can at least walk.

Had to cut my finger throttle down to a single finger. I get the stiches out Thursday. I was debating on doing it myself, but three of the stiches have pulled through into my finger. It's still twice the size of normal no matter how much ice I put on it. Had to make the appointment with a hand surgeon, infection ligament damage blah blah blah. Hopefully be in the water on Saturday. Back is 100%. Had a Reiki master friend come over. No bull crap, when I woke up the next morning I was fine. Like nothing ever happened.

Infected ligaments are some serious sheot! You need to get that checked out pronto or you could lose that finger.

......and I always called that a d-ring, but carribeaner sounds cooler.

I want to ride Smyrna b/c the zone moves by the inlet this weekend, but redtide is still down here. Ridetide + open wound = me riding Dunlawton.

If we pass on riding and you come down in the afternoon we can probably go shoot in the woods. We'll have to talk Sherry into letting us use the Durango. Last time I borrowed it and went in the woods it took her 3 days to get it clean.
