The reason I asked is, if you are forced to replace the whole wheels I'd gladly buy your old ones off you.

As for tires, did you look at some of them lawn tractor ones ? Maybe something could work with a tube ??

If someone can point me in the right direction of where to order some new ones that would really help

If i'm forced to buy the wheel and tire as one then im sure we can work something out boris

I have an old trailer axle that I'll probably be making a cart from. I'll just cut it down in the center to the width I need and add some quad tires/wheels, bunks and a handle and call it good. It will probably be a bit heavy because of the bearing hubs and steel axle, but would be fine for towing slowly if needed. Some 21" quad tires with only about 10-15 psi in them would act like a suspension for a few miles at 20-25mph. After that, the friction might prove too much and they might start coming apart.
