Rn Nose foam

My round nose does not have the piece of foam in the nose. It is worth getting or will I be ok without it?

I didn't have it in there for the past two years. It was fine, BUT: whenever the ski sank, it had only about an inch or two left bobbing above the surface. Granted, the back was waterlogged, too, but that piece of styrofoam in the front displaces quite a bit of water.
Might make a difference someday.

we just make one out of DOW foam. its worth running.

i would run one. just makes me feel a little better about when my boat sinks
