Hi
About one year ago i installed a bpipe in my 2003 superjet. Worked great, but now after 15-20 hours of riding i noticed a exhaustleak coming from underneath the chamber
Took the bpipe out of the hull and got a bad surprise. The chamber is rubbing on the sponson bolts, the top row. Made 1 hole, and about to make 2 more..
My solution: Grind the sponson bolts down to almost nothing and fill the holes in the chamber with JB Weld..
But will JB work for this purpose? Or do i need to get it to a shop for welding? see pics
And im worried about my right sponson if i grind down the three bolts rubbing...Are these sponsons usually bolted only, or glued aswell?
Appreciate any reply!
Best Regards
