I have a RIVA yami girdle head, i love it but i have chitty 38cc domes and would like to get some 35cc or 33 whatever, i will run race gas if it comes down to it. I have a 701 bored out to a 760 so around 165 to 185psi is my target.

Called RIVA and they dont make domes for them anymore, is there another source for the domes? Is it possible to just take more material out of existing domes....or would there need to be matterial added to increase psi? latter makes most sense Or would i be better off ditching the head completely. I hate how i can't run my stock air filter baffles on my stock 38mm carbs, bc the head is in the way. Right now it likes to suck up water into the carbs with aftermarket flame arrestors.

ah...too many issues and too little time before the next freeride....:shooter3:

a good welder could build up the 38s and turn them back down to 33s or 35s
but the time and expense is probably not worth it

Keep searching and try the greenhulk you might just find a used set in good condition.

Also if you find a set with smaller CC's I have a 35CC dome template to machine them to a larger size if needed.
