Riva 7 Port Cylinder?

Hi all,
I have an old cast r&d cylinder +8mm PV small bore (I was running 83mm pistons, sleeves are 87.7mm external) but unfortunally a wrist pin bearing broke and killed 1 sleeve.
I'm thinking to change the 2 sleeves but seems to be difficult to find small bore sleeves, next option is upgrading to sleeves for 85mm and more , someone has done this operation ? Does it change timing ?

mine is a riva cast w 8mm stroke running 82mm flattop kawie pistons
i agree on the timeserts oem headbolts to short and pull right out

Mine was the same set up small bore without PV, Thrust Innovations installed bigger sleeves now bore is 85mm so you might ask them too

Do you know which dome size you have now and compression ?

i dont know the size anymore, they are custom cut though, compression was set at 215 psi. they are blowing 200 now here at sea level

Mine was @190psi and runs perfect for me, but it was before the drama.
I don't remember dome size too but not very important because I need to change with bigger pistons, I just remember squish was 1.2mm
